Digital Product Delivery

All products sold through VitaNova Publishing are digital downloads delivered electronically. No physical products will be shipped.

How Delivery Works

Once your purchase is successfully completed, you will receive an email containing a secure download link to access your purchased guide or resource. Delivery is typically instant, although email delivery times may vary depending on your email provider.

If you do not receive your download email within a few minutes of purchase, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder before contacting us.

Download Access

For security and copyright protection purposes:

• Each download link allows up to three (3) download attempts.
• Download links remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase.
• After 30 days, the download link will expire and no longer be accessible.
• We recommend downloading and saving your purchased files to your device immediately after purchase.

Technical Issues

If you experience any technical difficulties accessing your purchase within the 30-day access period, please contact us at info@vitanova.hk, and we will make reasonable efforts to assist you.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address at checkout. VitaNova Publishing is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect email addresses entered during the purchase process.
